Natural Balance Naturopathy is a mobile naturopathic practice that provides qualified one-on-one consultations in the familiar comfort of your own home. With compassion and empathy, our Naturopath will hold space for you to feel valued and heard. You will be genuinely supported on your health journey with evidence-based recommendations and natural therapies that empower you to find the 'natural balance' you've been looking for.
Natural Balance Naturopathy primarily services the City of Cockburn, Western Australia, but consultations in other areas can be arranged.
Naturopathic and Reiki therapy sessions are available throughout the week at various time slots:

Comprehensive 90 minute interview exploring current health concerns, historical and family health issues, diet, lifestyle, allergies, medications, pathology, and anthropometric measures. Holistic assessment and detailed treatment plan including recommendations and prescription.
Preferably in-person, in the comfort of your own home.

60 minute consultation with an existing client (visited within last 12 months) that reviews their current health condition, the effectiveness of treatment, and discusses the need for any alterations to the treatment plan or prescription.
Optional in-person or online consultation.

60 minute full body healing that includes a guided meditation and traditional hands-on Reiki energy healing, incorporating sound vibration. Total duration 90 minutes with set-up and pack away time.
Preferably in-person, in the comfort of your own home.

Monica
Monica is a fully qualified Naturopath holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), a Certificate in Usui System Reiki Level 2, and an Associate Diploma in Social Services (Childcare).
Monica has key skills training in Mental Health First Aid, Emotional Freedom Technique tapping, Holistic healing, and basic counselling.
Monica is well-renowned for her caring and nurturing nature, having provided quality child care for children of all ages for over 30 years. She is passionate about the healing elements of nature, and aspires to spread Light and make a positive difference in people's lives.
