If you are unable to provide or accommodate these expectations, please contact us so we can suggest another suitable arrangement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I claim money back on my private health?
Unfortunately, the Australian Government removed health insurance cover for 16 natural therapies, including naturopathy, so you'll find that your private health insurer is unable to offer benefits for naturopathic consultations. This decision is currently under review and may change in the future.

If I need to cancel my consultation, will I receive a full refund?
A full refund is only provided if more than 24-hours notice is given from the time of your consultation. If 24-hour's notice is not provided from the time of your consultation, your payment will be forfeited and a new consultation fee will need to be paid for another consultation.

Can I book a session day or time outside of those listed?
Please contact us as this may be arranged at our Naturopath's discretion on a case by case basis.

Do you offer a discount for children?
Consultations for children are given the same time and consideration as adults, and so a discount is not available.

What happens if my residence is unsuitable for a home visit consultation?
Please contact us, and we will make other arrangements to meet you at a neutral setting.

Can my initial naturopathic consultation be conducted online?
It is preferable that your initial naturopathic consultation is conducted face to face. This allows for our naturopath to make a more thorough holistic assessment that includes physical examinations of your eyes, tongue, skin, nails, hair, and measurements of your blood pressure, temperature, height and weight as baseline indications.
